Presentation Instructions

Please review the following instructions carefully and prepare your presentation in accordance with the format assigned in the conference program.

Oral Presentations

Regular, Special Session, Workshop, and Invited Paper Tracks

15 minutes total per presentation The time limit applies to all oral presentations, including Regular Oral Sessions (RO), Special Sessions (SS), and Invited Paper Sessions (IP).
Workshop (WS) presentations should generally follow the recommended duration of 10–15 minutes, while the specific arrangements will be determined by the on-site workshop chairs.

  • Please keep strictly within the allocated time so that the session remains on schedule.
  • Plan your talk to finish within 12 minutes and allow the remaining 3 minutes for questions and speaker changeover.
  • Please arrive before the session begins and introduce yourself to the session chair.

Poster Presentations

Regular and Demo Tracks

Portrait orientation only Poster presentations, including Regular Poster Sessions (RP) and Demo Sessions (DS), must be prepared in portrait orientation and must be no larger than A0 size.
  • Maximum size: 841 mm × 1,189 mm
  • Metric equivalent: 84.1 cm × 118.9 cm
  • Imperial equivalent: 33.1 in × 46.8 in
  • Please ensure that text, figures, and references are clear and readable at normal viewing distance.
  • Landscape-oriented posters or posters larger than A0 cannot be accommodated.
Important: Presenters are responsible for checking the final program for their assigned session, presentation time, and venue. Please follow any additional instructions provided by the session chair.
No-show Policy: If a presenter does not show up for their scheduled presentation without prior notice, their paper may be excluded from the conference proceedings.
