Double-Blind Review Process

  • DO NOT include author names, affiliations, or acknowledgments in the initial submission.
  • Remove identifiers from file properties and PDF metadata.
  • Use third-person references to your own work (e.g., “As shown in [Smith2024]…”).
  • Preprints (arXiv, etc.) are not allowed until after acceptance notification (12 June 2026).

Mandatory: Use the A4 or US Letter conference template (not transaction style).

Key Submission Steps in CMT

  1. Log in / Register at the CMT portal.
  2. Click “Create New Submission”.
  3. Choose the correct track (Regular / OJSP).
  4. Upload PDF only (max 10 MB).
  5. Complete all metadata (title, abstract, keywords, subject areas).
  6. Submit before 29 March 2026, 23:59 AoE.

After Acceptance (12 June 2026)

  • Add author names and affiliations to the camera-ready version.
  • Camera-ready deadline: 19 June 2026 (strict – no extensions).
  • Submit IEEE Copyright Form via CMT (electronic signature).
  • At least one author must register by 26 June 2026 (regular papers) or 31 July 2026 (workshop/demo/grand-challenge).
  • Upload final PDF + source files (LaTeX/Word).

Non-Presented Paper (No-Show) Policy

All accepted papers must be presented in person or by approved proxy. No-shows will not appear in IEEE Xplore.

  • TechRxiv.org
  • Funder’s repository

Include: “© 2026 IEEE. Personal use of this material is permitted…” Add final DOI after publication.
